First, stretch your leg.
Move your thigh to rest on the ground.
Remember to put your feet flat on the ground too!
Press down.
Tilt your head backwards.
Hold your position for awhile.
Time to move on to the other leg.
Repeat the steps.
Press down.

Now, change your position.
Hold your feet.
